Once you select the school, the app checks for the students registered for that school, Once you click add student you will see your child’s details. Confirm and you are now ready to start exploring the school’s catalogue and make payments for your child’s school needs.

You can pay using one of your uploaded payment cards whenever you like. That means you can skip quickly to completion without having to visit the school and spend your precious time waiting in queues.

The great thing about Skiply is that family members and guardians who have the app can also use it to pay. All family members will have access to the transaction history.

Is my payment secure? Can someone see my card details? Is it safe to save my card in the Skiply wallet?

When you make an online purchase, you simply use the digitally secure checkout option and your payment is processed using the information you have stored.

I installed the app however when trying to launch it, I get a message saying 'You cannot use a rooted or jailbroken device with this application. Please reset your device in order to continue' I can assure you that my phone(S7 edge) is not a rooted or jailbroken device so not sure why this message keeps coming up..I can also see that someone else reported the same message over a month ago from maybe from another model of device..however you guys havent fixed it yet holistically..

When the receipt for the school fee payment is issued, it is not itemized. The tuition and bus fees are not mentioned, just the amount. The receipt that is received on email does not even have the name of the student on it. This makes it difficult to submit when we need to claim reimbursement. Also screen shots are not possible on the app.

The payments are a hassle. It's the only reason for using the app, and the support team is clueless about payments and not transparent. Management clearly is not keen on users' complaints. It's absolutely inconvenient. Why wouldn't I pay at the school directly then? Other than struggling with the unwisely switched on and off payment options, it's completely inconvenient. Stopped using the app! Update: They asked me to email them with reference #40, and no one even cares :/ very shocking
