this is the only way that I receive my work schedule. constant consistent errors are unacceptable. 3rd time I'm required to do an update that does not exist. very annoying very inconvenient. i have been forced to use this app daily...FORCED . IT NEEDS TO BE WORKING.

I'm not sure who runs this app, I know I've had alot of issues reaching people through this app, no responses to my texts through the app, I have tried to accept shifts and never get confirmation, so it's not useful but required by employer
