JointCue helps you follow a movement target you already understand from a clinician, trainer or established routine.
Create a protocol for the joint and body side you want to observe. Enter the target angle band, return angle, hold time and repetition count you were given. During practice, a live joint-arc stage shows the current angle, landmark quality, hold progress and repetition progress.
The live camera mode uses pose landmarks to estimate screen-projected joint geometry while the Practice screen is open. Low-confidence frames are excluded from usable evidence, and video is never saved. If camera access is unavailable or you prefer not to use it, manual observation provides the same protocol and session workflow.
After a session, review completed repetitions, peak angle, mean angle and usable-frame count before saving. Add an optional note for your own reference. Insights compare sessions made with matching protocol settings, and you can export your evidence as CSV or PDF through Android's file picker.
JointCue does not prescribe movement targets, diagnose a condition, judge pain or provide a safety verdict. Camera viewpoint, lighting, clothing and occlusion can affect landmark estimates. Stop if a movement feels wrong and seek appropriate professional guidance for symptoms or changes.
