Is difficult to navigate within the app. Esp if I want to redeem rewards, it took me many times to log in and out, loading took forever and some items cannot be clicked.

User unfriendly and outdated interface. I tried to request for temporary ID and password and didn't receive any. Called the customer service rep who told me it takes 24 hours. I was told bank statements cannot be obtained from the mobile application. In that case what's the point of using the mobile app??? I would think this is a basic function.

Most unpleasant banking service I've ever experienced. Couldn't get anyone on the call, and the mobile app isn't working and prompted to call the 24/7 customer service shotline which, when I did, directed me back to the mobile app. Can a human from SC please contact me? This is so frustrating.
