App did work somewhat last week, but for the past couple of days, I've been unable to login. Just get a rather useless response stating it could not process my request!!! My login details are correct as I can login via the website, even though even that is useless with unresponsive links. Come on! Get your act together and invest in a proper SDLC that includes some QA! I did re-install the app and cleared it's data by the way, which cannot fix buggy software.

What an incredibly frustrating "update" to the app. The OTPs aren't sent on time, and if you're lucky enough to get one, it doesn't load as correct?? If you manage to get past the OTP issue, the app is un-navigatable, with limited to no information displayed. The app also shuts itself down after a few minutes, forcing you to login again and start the whole OTP saga over! It's taken me an HOUR just to login and have the app shut down on me - and this is after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app

This app is now at an all time low. Logging in is nearly impossible with the two step verification system. Eventhough I enter the EXACT OTP sent, it tells me it is invalid. I don't know how will file my return this year but even after I received an SMS saying my ITR34 is ready, there is still no 2025 return on my profile in efiling two days later. The app is also updated, so I don't understand what is going on. Your app sucks now. I have never had this much trouble filing my return...ever.
