It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

App is ONLY a "view" app to get a sense of the restaurants etc on the resort property. I was unable to book a reservation as expected for my resort restaurant option. I thought maybe it was that the restaurant was closed during those hours but once the restaurant was open completely the app still never was capable for making a restaurant for ANY day regardless. It didn't allow a reservation OR order any good damn room service. I had to call via the room phone for room service. App no luck.

Setting a reminder for an event triggers no action. Reminders and reservations should be in the same place. Today's entertainment should be higher on the main page. It feels like another example of having to sit through up sells to get to the content we need having to scroll past experience sales and Embrace the Moment to find out what's the next event. Pros of the app are the ability to make some reservations and the concierge section.
