It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

Didn't work for us at all. Couldn't get the room service we wanted because it just wouldn't send the requests; just an error message. When we call, the hotel says "use the app", well we can't. They act perturbed. Yes, the phone is updated. Why can't this be fixed?

Doesn't open on my Pixel after the latest update. We're going to a Dreams resort next week and I wanted to have the most updated version. Now I have nothing. My operating system is up to date. Huge mistake to update without reading the reviews.
