This is hands-down the best free smoking cessation app I have ever used. It creates a personal dashboard showing how your health is improving, the money you've saved, and how long you've been a non-smoker (to the second!). Additionally, there is a chat feature (also free) where you can connect with people all over who are on this journey with you. Absolutely fantastic.

simple and easy to use. i do wish it had a video game part like ive seen on other apps like this. they are really great for getting ya through a craving. also there doesnt seem to be a slip up function if you have one cigarette. but if youre looking for simple tracking this is it.

got this to help support my partner. He was on thirty a day no filters for 18 years. breathing, coughing , snoring. everything was effected. couldn't stop previously, using patches for one week and this app He is now off them for three weeks. app gives you updated on stats and progress.
