I bought 1 year subscription. All types of vehicles included here. 4 th months of the subscription was called me and was removed my yearly subscription from account. This is nonprofessinal for me. If subscription is deleted with company, then customers subscription must be continuing for period of subscription. This method are used in other companies subscriptions also. Apar is best for me from other scuters and velo. But they lost their customers with incorrect ways...

I’m lowering my rating to 2 from 5. At first, APAR was an innovative service and I happily gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. Many bicycles are poorly maintained, making rides uncomfortable and tiring. The annual subscription has also lost value, as scooter access has been removed. APAR is now just an average service. Recent decisions seem to prioritise the company over its users. I hope you improve bike maintenance and bring back the value your service once offered.
