First of all,The new map isn't accurate and missing alot of places and names of popular stores & streets so it's very hard to determine the location of the places that we want to go to or select the starting location , Secondly the prices change everytime i order a ride and it is the same trip i don't even change the location of the trip!

Very Poor Customer Service Experience My experience with Baly’s customer service was extremely disappointing. I contacted both the help desk and call center multiple times and received little to no useful assistance. Responses were slow, unclear, and at times felt dismissive, as if my issue wasn’t taken seriously. I was repeatedly transferred or asked to wait without any real resolution. For a company of this size, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and support.

only with WiFi available. when we are outside we can't open the app via SIM data 89% of the the time. No matter Zain or Asiacell connection, Doesn't work for any of us. It sometimes makes troubles.
