THE WORST! I have messaged & emailed for 4 days now without a response. The chat says they respond in less than 30mins. Bank numbers usually have automated call centers but the number listed has the busy signal like a single line. Today the chat says they respond less than 30mins but it's been 3hrs and im still waiting. AVOID!!!

Just checking it out so far!! Wish it had an English version but it's ok. Waiting on my bonus as well. Once those things are done I'll bump it up to 5 stars!!!

I am bilingual English-Spanish, however my account is only in Spanish, how can I switch it to English as well?
