equipment you can actually get to, then moves it forward week by week. No
hunting for a program, no working out the numbers on paper.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOU
Tell it what you are after, how often you can train and what your gym has —
it handles the rest. Each week's load builds on the last. Rest days are part
of the plan, not gaps in it.

MACROS WITHOUT THE ARITHMETIC
Photograph your food and it recognises it. Or search by name. Calories,
protein, carbs and fat show against your own daily target, worked out from
your bodyweight.

XP, RANKS AND STREAKS
Every session earns XP and moves you through 66 ranks. The streak counts how
long you have kept it up, and there is something to protect it when a day
gets away from you. 15 achievements to unlock.

FRIENDS AND CHALLENGES
Challenge the people you train with, watch the leaderboard, see where everyone
stands. Invite someone, and once they finish their first workout you both earn
XP for it.

ASK WHEN YOU ARE UNSURE
A built-in AI chat for exercises, technique and alternatives.

WORTH KNOWING
Your training plan is built with rule-based programming, not artificial
intelligence. AI is used for food recognition, meal planning and the chat.
You can export or delete your data whenever you like, and we never sell it.
