do not like the price for the provided features, I didn't do my research before purchasing. The widget is cute but useless. when taking pictures of my meals, it consistently gets it wrong which would be ok if the AI edit feature would stop glitching and actually type without the cursor jumping all over. The support team was quick to respond but was not able to address or correct the issue. unfortunately I already paid for a whole year upfront so I feel obligated to use it.

7/30/26 Edit: The team reached out within hours of my review and I responded but I have never heard back again. I have tried to log in to log my breakfast multiple times today and all I'm getting is a white screen because it keeps crashing, so at this point no resolution for me. 7/21/26 Love the tracking capabilities but paid for the year up front and the app is so slow to load for me to log food. Sometimes I have to open and close several times before it'll ever come up to let me scan a food.

Was not given option to try out the free version. I felt I was forced to choose between annual & monthly subscriptions. Since I'm stuck with it, I thought I might try a few of the features. Logging water: If I drink 2 10oz glasses of water, I have to go back into custom amount & change from 10 to 20... I cannot just add 10 to existing amount. Also, don't like that display is percentage instead of total oz. Would like to log food, instead of just protein or fiber. Am I missing something here?
