FOR HOMEOWNERS

• Book in about a minute. Pick a lawn size (Small / Medium / Large / XL), choose ASAP, Later Today, or Tomorrow, and confirm.

• See the full price before you book. Base price + service fee + applicable sales tax. No surprise charges. No quotes.

• Live GPS tracking. Once your landscaper is on the way, you see them moving on the map in real time, with an updated ETA.

• Photo + GPS verified work. Every job ends with before-and-after photos taken on-site, plus GPS confirmation the landscaper was at your address. The mower must explicitly confirm the address and your property notes on-site before the blades start — wrong-yard mistakes can't happen.

• 24-hour satisfaction window. Your payment is held in escrow for 24 hours after the job ends. Approve immediately, or report a problem — funds only release when you're happy.

• Property notes. Describe your yard once — boundaries, gate codes, hazards, what NOT to mow. Every landscaper sees them before they ever pull up. Scope is locked at booking; no surprise charges for "extra" work.

• Pay how you want. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Link — all secured by Stripe.

• Add-on services. Add weedeating, driveway/sidewalk edging, or debris blowing at booking for a small extra fee.

• Seasonal contracts. Found a landscaper you like? Lock them in weekly or biweekly at a fixed price. Mowdash handles every payment automatically — same card, 24h escrow each time, no autopay paperwork.

• In-app chat for gate codes, parking, and quick coordination — no phone numbers exchanged.

Independent contractor work on your schedule.

• Set your own hours. Toggle Online when you're working, Offline when you're not. Decline jobs without penalty.

• Set your service radius (1–50 miles) and a minimum payout floor — Mowdash only sends jobs that match.

• Get paid fast. Stripe Connect deposits payouts to your bank within 1–2 business days after each job clears the satisfaction window.

• Build a route. Recurring contract jobs auto-populate your weekly view with morning-of reminders.

• Earn rewards. Every completed job earns points, with streak bonuses and weekly/monthly leaderboards — by state and nationwide.

• Founding Mower status. Early landscapers get a permanent badge visible to every homeowner AND keep 100% of price on their first 10 jobs — Mowdash takes 0% during your launch period.

• In-app messaging only — no phone numbers shared.
• Block or report any user from the chat menu. Reports are reviewed by Mowdash staff.

• Marketplace sales tax collected and remitted where required by law.
• Landscapers operate as independent 1099 contractors.
• Off-platform payment requests violate our Terms and result in account suspension.
