Initially I gave it a one star because of the issues I was having with it but they quickly got back to me and resolved the issue quickly. Love this app and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to do estimates for jobs.

I'm sure the app is great but I don't utilize it enough to justify the subscription amount monthly.

I signed up for a subscription August 2025 and within a few days decided that this app wasnt a good fit. So I proceeded and tried to cancel and was unsuccessful. I did contact owner Adam of paintbox in the same week I signed up and asked him to cancel. Just found out today it was not canceled and was charged again. Adam supposedly canceled the subscription today and said I wouldn't be charged again. But no refund as requested. NOT HAPPY as it took several emails to get this canceled. BE CAREFUL!
