Runcaster is your AI running coach — it reads your Garmin runs and turns them into a personalized training plan that adapts week to week. Talk to your coach after every run, set your goals, and get a plan built around how you actually train.

WHAT YOU GET

• An AI coach that knows your runs. Connect Garmin Connect™ and the coach reads your recent activity — pace, heart rate, cadence, elevation, and route — to understand your level and build from it. It remembers your goals, races, injuries, and constraints across conversations.

• Personalized training plans. Get a day-by-day plan with structured workouts — warmup, intervals, cooldown — and pace or heart-rate targets. Your race date, goal pace, and weekly volume stay pinned at the top.

• Workouts on your wrist. Send structured workouts straight to your Garmin device so the targets are there when you run.

• Post-run analysis. After each run the coach checks in, breaks down your splits and effort, and adjusts the plan to fit your week.

• Music built for running. Original warm-up, tempo, and cadence mixes — continuous beats at 120, 150, and 180 BPM with a music-reactive visualizer. Pick a tempo, press play, and go.

• Briefs that keep you on track. A morning heads-up with the day's workout and the weather at your usual run time, and a Sunday review of how your week went.

• Deeper insights. See your splits, route map, heart-rate and elevation trends, and pace adjusted for conditions like heat and hills — so you can tell a real fitness change from a tough day.

• The details, handled. Shoe mileage across your rotation, weather on every logged run, and a full dark mode.
