Enabled by Bragi with OpenAI, Skull AI is available for Method 540 ANC earbuds, as a 90-day free trial with a paid subscription beyond that. Activate the trial through the Audio App store in the Skullcandy App, then say “OK, Skully” and your earbuds spring into action. Whether you want quick answers, recommendations, or hands-free music control, your AI is always ready.

Just like Skull Iq, button Shortcuts don't save. nearly every time I pull my Rail ANC out of the case I have to re-bind my earbuds to my bluetooth, re-open the app (which takes several attempts before it loads) and then re-modify my shortcuts and turn off voice control. the longest the settings have ever stayed saved was two days. The app experience has ruined the Skullcandy brand for me, and I won't be purchasing another of their products as long as I live. CAPA or replace your dev team.

Skullcandy are wizards with their hardware, but terrible with every software they've ever released. Every time I turn on my headset, I have to open this app, change the EQ profile to anything else, then change it back to custom for it to actually apply, even if it was already selected. They tell you to contact their support, but all they do is tell you to reinstall the app/pair device. Then they say they'll submit the problem, only for it to not get fixed after a year! The PC app is even worse.

This app is unfortunately busted. Despite connecting my earbuds to this app multiple times and ensuring the model of earbuds I was using were covered under the app's range of functionality, I am told the earbuds I am using have no features at all despite me being told otherwise in the app and elsewhere. I paid for a Skullcandy product and now I feel like I ended up getting half of one. This is the very first time in 15 years that Skullcandy has disappointed me.
