It seems the mobile app is far better than the PC App. Clean UI, Easy to use, and has more options than the PC version, such as being able to change the color of the LEDs on the PLYR 720. Speaking of which, I think it would be pretty cool if there were some dynamic color options for the LEDs, some smooth flowy dynamics colors would really make the PLYR 720s a class above the rest, not that they don't already blow the competition out of the water!

App is fine. To get the most out of your headphones set up your personalized sound (and use movie mode). The only issue is with the initial connection when opening the app. For some reason, if you have the notification bar down while the app is connecting to the headphones it will ALWAYS fail to connect. The fix is to not pull the notification bar down, but why is this an issue in the first place? I hate forgetting and then having to restart the app. This has been a thing forever now. Please fix

Updates for product (push anc active) will never download. I stay on the screen, the product is fully charged at start and connected for both earbuds for the duration, turned off the screen time out and waited several times for over 20 minutes. The download never progresses past 0. It's upsetting because I've had a problem with these earbuds where the left one will lose connection randomly and refuse to reconnect until it's placed back in the case. 3 stars as I'm unsure what is to blame.
