I was one of the first to download this app when it had less than 500 downloads, I rated it five stars back then because it was really good and better compared to the other delivery apps. But now it is the worst one. The delivery fees are insane. They go up as high as 4000 IQD, and not just that. The restaurants would have a minimum order of 8000 IQD so I would be spending more than 10,000 IQD just for one person's meal. It is outrageous and I recommend for people to just use other apps instead.

I came to Erbil for business visit , This is first time I tried it , and OMG how much I loved this service ! They came very fast, the food was very fresh , even I didn't have Iraqi mobile number they contacted me when they arrived on my international number in English , it is so professional. The delivery person was so nice. The app is very well designed , big varity of food options, easy to access anything I want. The option of paying in credit card is so amazing. Best in Iraq 👍✌

Good application good delivery but no response for customer satisfaction. As i placed a claim about a bad delivery received no one even contacted me to check about the problem. Also application is not working on huawei P30 pro even after deleting and reinstalling.
