Ratings and reviews

The app is good. But the main problem is that the bus timings are not even around approximate. The scheduled timings can never be trusted. Even the timing in minutes sometimes disappears immediately. The app is good but the gps services and timings need to be more accurate. It sometimes doesn't even show the buses which are currently available. For eg. I checked for buses but none is showing available, meanwhile 2-3 buses move together... Need to improve.

Very disappointed. I accidentally started my pass but didn’t even use it, yet it deducted my trip. A pass should only count as used after an actual trip. Also, remove the time limit — if a pass is started accidentally, we should be able to use it anytime that day. Stop punishing users for simple mistakes. This system is unfair and needs urgent improvement!

absolutely horrible, I stood there at the depot at the exact time it was showing the bus's departure, it did not arrive at all instead, changed the time to half an hour later, I stood there still waiting for some other buses to arrive and they did not come as well, after waiting for a whole 40 minutes I had no other choice than to hail a rickshaw, overall worst experience ever. you should be more aware of the timings then post them, this app isn't saving time it's giving false hope. truly awful.
