Ratings and reviews

The app is very poorly designed. It has a system where, after booking a ticket online and completing the payment through any app, the payment option appears again. This can mislead users into thinking the first payment was not successful, prompting them to pay again. However, this is not the case. If the payment option appears a second time, you should cancel it immediately—otherwise, you may end up being charged twice for a single ticket.

The app is unreliable when it matters most. I tried logging in to get an OTP, but it keeps showing “No internet. errorType: 5000” even though my internet works fine on other apps. Because of this, I can’t access my account. I tried switching networks, clearing cache and reinstalling, but nothing worked. This looks like a server-side issue. An app should at least handle basic login properly. Fix this ASAP.

Extremely unreliable app. Several times the bus tickets bought on the app are rejected by the machines with the conductors on the bus and you have to pay again by cash, despite all the details matching. They seldom refund the money, and even when they do, they create a huge hassle ajnd you have to waste a lot of time, even though they can see the ticket was not used.
