Ratings and reviews

Unfair refund policy for mistaken bookings. If a passenger accidentally books a ticket for the wrong bus route, there is zero option for a refund or ticket transfer. Passengers are forced to buy a second ticket for the correct bus, meaning Chalo and BEST keep the fare for a service never used. Charging twice for an honest tap error feels like outright exploitation. The app desperately needs an instant-cancellation window (even 2–3 minutes) or a direct refund mechanism.

Scam level service! Money deducted, recharge pending, NO support. I recharged my card for ₹70 through the Chalo App. My money was immediately debited from my account, but the status is stuck on "Pending" on their end. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer care option, phone number, or chat support inside the app to raise a ticket or talk to a real person. They literally take your money and vanish. Do not use this app for online recharges unless you want your money trapped. Disgu

The bus application is useful, but there are frequent discrepancies in bus timings, and at times buses do not appear on the application. Route or destination changes are also not updated promptly, which can create confusion when we rely on the information provided. Also due to technical glitches, tickets may expire after 15 minutes, requiring to pay again without a refund. A more reliable update system and fair refund mechanism would be helpful.
