The app has taken my money twice but hasn't applied my funds as of the next day. what's worse is that it sometimes logs me into different customer's accounts where I can see their personal details and credit cards. if this were happening in an app in Europe or Australia, it would be a scandal. If you must go with Personal as your mobile carrier, definitely don't use their app.

This app needs English if they want to appeal to tourists... I blindly made some how. It's 2026... You are a major Telco company... it's not too expensive. Please fix.

Whenever I try to recharge my credit, 90 % of the time it doesn't work no matter how many times I re-enter my card details. This was a recurring problem before, when I was unable to recharge more than 200 pesos at a time, but today it's just ridiculous! I have probably tried to recharge 100 different times, with three different cards, without any luck. If this problem persists, I am changing my service provider in Argentina.
