no option to change to English. and very full of glitches. I'd give it zero if it was an option. there is no live chat on the website or app and the WhatsApp chat is an AI slop menu that you can't get to speak to an agent at all. and when you do, it's not in English. so much for a tourist sim card.

The app has taken my money twice but hasn't applied my funds as of the next day. what's worse is that it sometimes logs me into different customer's accounts where I can see their personal details and credit cards. if this were happening in an app in Europe or Australia, it would be a scandal. If you must go with Personal as your mobile carrier, definitely don't use their app.

very bad services, and this stuff of you guys using people's credit to subscribe for them every other minutes is an act of stealing honestly I wonder why people find this comfortable
