Ratings and reviews

Every time I try to open the app I get the same error code. When you email the support, they say they are too busy to answer emails and tell you to call. When you call you are put on hold for 15 minutes before they tell you they are too busy to answer your calls as well... the app is completely useless at the moment and customer support is nonexistent.

Great app in theory. Worked decently reliable, last update broke it and I cannot even open the app. Crashes on opening. This is an app that needs to be reliable. Also the calling from the browser on phones doesn't work, that means I cannot use it to sign on my phone at all, since it immediately jumps to the app and fails. No option for making a separately like on the desktop. Edit: update fixed the issue in 5 days, reliability and rigorous testing should still be part of such an essential app

I am depressed to death of this application, I am startup founder and I made fully function id Austria but I could NOT login single Austrian government service website successfully using it, always errors and errors and the support emails never ever answered, the support phone number is answered by someone who is very impatient and doesn't help at all
