The customer service is awful. I had to call multiple times and they seem to run through a script, don't listen to the actual error, and get upset when you say the fix doesn't work. They have terrible attitudes there

Apparently Austria looked at how the most incompetent corrupt countries to the east do it and went like "Brilliant, let's copy the worst aspects of each one's implementation, but wait, let's first lobotomise the chief architect, twice." Linking this app during the web registration kept failing with a cryptic error code, but the registration closed, and good luck in half a year again because that's the earliest time slot to get a new activation code in the entire Vienna.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The fact that you need to use a fingerprint scanner for every single step of the app with no other alternative to log in is simply ridiculous. Maybe it would be acceptable if the app actually worked but it absolutely doesn't!!! The fingerprint is never recognized and you are left with an unusable app.
