The selection of restaurants in my area improved lately. Today I was hungry and too lazy to cook, so I ordered at one restaurant. the order was cancelled 10 minutes later and I got refunded immediately. I ordered somewhere else and the delivery time took longer than announced (as usual). After 50 minutes, the app told me, that it's almost there. After one hour: the same. I called the restaurant, who said they had it prepared but it was cancelled by Lieferando. I wrote the support and wait now...

this more about Service itself. we made an order, delivery took around 40 minutes. I got a call for like 1 ring, did not even have time to answer. Called back - no answer for a minute. went outside and there was some delivery guy, when I asked if he was doing delivery to my address, the answer was - NO. then the guy left and the status changed to delivered. No food, No refund. will never use it again and definitely do not recommend it.

Awful experience, more than once. orders that never arrive, or missing items, and the lieferando AI customer service is absolutely useless. when we managed to talk to a person, they told us to contact the restaurants, but they never pick up. at most once they wrote that our address was not correct (same address we used before). We're still waiting for a refund for the last order, which on the app is still about to be delivered (since 3 h). We will never use lieferando again.
