With the Lieferando Android app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Austria. From over 3500 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.

Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.

How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.

The selection of restaurants in my area improved lately. Today I was hungry and too lazy to cook, so I ordered at one restaurant. the order was cancelled 10 minutes later and I got refunded immediately. I ordered somewhere else and the delivery time took longer than announced (as usual). After 50 minutes, the app told me, that it's almost there. After one hour: the same. I called the restaurant, who said they had it prepared but it was cancelled by Lieferando. I wrote the support and wait now...

Recently, with their introduction of AI I can only say that the app has no customer support. If your order stuck somewhere in limbo there is nothing you can do. AI assistant is absolutely useless and there is no way to contact anyone. Ive spent 2 hours trying to cancel my order, in that time I could've grabbed 6 kebaps on foot.

The latest app is lackluster. My address is always falsely positioned on the map (200 meters in the wrong way), and when I select my actual location, it gives me another false address that's around the corner. Naturally, the delivery men are confused and always come to the wrong address, instead of actually reading the numbers and street names. Overall a bad experience that hasn't improved in several latest updates.
