App works really well, but seriously needs to make use of biometrics (fingerprint security) like every other bank does.
AMP's banking app is quite straightforward and usable compared to others. Bonus: if you add your accounts at other banks through the AMP website, you can get a full overview of your finances from here. Please bring Android Pay.
I'm trusting AMP with my money, but they still haven't corrected my AU life insurance policy balance, which is being displayed as $NZ. They also use bad grammar and don't seem to be good at checking their spelling. Not good enough. 2 months on and they still haven't fixed it.
I can't put a description on any of my transactions anymore. Always could, but suddenly, in the last month or so, I can't. Otherwise, it's a 5 star app that's easier to use then the website.

When you set up scheduled payments, it takes money out of your acct the day before you request. PLEASE FIX!
