Ratings and reviews

I downloaded the app and clicked 'Sign up or Log In' then 'Sign in with Google'. And it tries to open my internet browser and then nothing happens. I can't use the app. I've tried multiple variations and nothing works. I called customer service and they said all they wanted to give me an email address to report the fault to someone else. I can't register on the website. This is just awful, and I'm giving up and using BP instead. Their functionality is much better.

New "prepayment" approach is poorly implemented. The app doesn't always get notified that the prepayment has succeeded and you can start filling. The app needs to be able to recover from a lost notification or network interruption. I should also be able to explicitly cancel my prepayment if I change my mind and choose not to fill. I assume the new approach is a loss prevention measure. Something is wrong when it's easier to forget the app and just pay the cashier... after you've filled up.

Store locator is terrible and some stations don't even exist when you do get it working. Got to one location showing on the app in the NT outback and it had been demolished two years ago.
