I downloaded the app and clicked 'Sign up or Log In' then 'Sign in with Google'. And it tries to open my internet browser and then nothing happens. I can't use the app. I've tried multiple variations and nothing works. I called customer service and they said all they wanted to give me an email address to report the fault to someone else. I can't register on the website. This is just awful, and I'm giving up and using BP instead. Their functionality is much better.

A bit pricey!! The app tries to be a one size fits all for petrol cars and evs...but falls short for both. Charging price for EVs is exorbitant and machines tend to disconnect/stop charging randomly. A poor experience, that's aggravated by overpricing and a mediocre customer experience.

Spent a lot of time on this app trying to navigate around, specifically find out available charger, selecting plug and rates. I can safely say this is the worst app I have came across. Absolutely messy Interface and not even responding to touch or tap.
