App design is one of the worst I've ever seen. Impossible to register for an account, as the sign-in form keeps being covered by an animated 7-Eleven logo that blocks access to the form to enter details. Tried numerous times. When I was in 7-Eleven yesterday, the cashier was telling every customer to 'get the app' to supposedly save on fuel. Not a good move; customers will need the money they save on fuel to buy a wig after tearing their hair out trying to register on the app! Please fix it!

Using an S23 Ultra... haven't had access to the app for about half a year. Just refuses to load. Have cleared app data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled several times over the last few months, plus several other niche troubleshooting ideas, none of which work. App worked just fine several versions ago, then big update, now nothing... sad...

well it said ready. I filled up. nothing happened when I replaced the nozzle. Checking scrolling down a bit there was the bit to authorise payment which I guess I needed to click on before filling... fortunately I went in and checked. Who ever designed the app... it shouldn't be saying anything about putting up to $100 of fuel until all steps have been completed.
