About this app

Mainpac Mobility is a mobile field service software, extending the functionality of EAM out of the office and into the field – to frontline staff to execute work orders, record breakdown activities, create work requests – and view and manage assets.

Mainpac Mobility increases productivity and reduces administration effort by delivering work to the field service device. Use mobility to take photos of worksites and asset condition, access maps and experience open communication to solve problems effectively.

Work Order Synchronization
Updates made in the field to Work Orders, Rounds and Inspections are stored when devices are offline, and synchronise with Mainpac EAM when devices are back online.

Field Inspection
Condition Tests can be entered from the field, and assets’ condition can be captured with the device camera.

Identify Assets
Identify Assets with barcoding. Work Order locations are easy to find with GPS coordinates on site plans, factory diagrams, road and aerial maps.

Automated time entry
Time entries captured in realtime utilizing the start-stop feature.

Push notifications
Upon status changes in jobs, notifications automatically sent to those who need it.

Device driven workflow
Provides near real time Asset data updates and opens communication to resolve problems fast.
