Ratings and reviews

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

The widget is an important feature of the app. Currently it is not displaying the correct balances. Refreshing doesn't work and even logging in to the app, it still doesn't display the correct balance. It's been like this for a few weeks. I have removed the widget, re-added it, cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app all to no avail.

Couldn't be installed on the latest Samsung mobile phones, I even went to a NAB bank and they couldn't do it, it only says app has bugs and try to clear it,,,,,, waste of time. Again, after couple of years tried to install after receiving email from NAB that the app being fixed, still gives you the same message that try to use this app after being fixed by the developer, Why NAB doesn't get a reliable source to fix this problem that doesn't exist with any other banks, waste of time again,,,,,
