Ratings and reviews

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

It's mostly a good app, but the biometric reader is much less reliable than the one to open my phone (on multiple models now, so it's not the phone), and it's also really annoying receiving a payment notification for an internal transfer - that should only be when I receive payment from an external source.

Easy to navigate app. Quick turn around from applying for a new account to receiving a card. No ongoing fees for any of my accounts.
