Download NAB’s app today and register your account to check balances, make secure payments, transfer money, view statements and more all from the palm of your hand. Choose how you access your app, whether by fingerprint or facial recognition on compatible devices, or by passcode and password.

Make secure payments instantly:
• Make fast instant payments or schedule future payments within the app.
• Share or save your payment receipts for your personal record.
• View transaction and merchant details from NAB debit or credit card purchases.
• Share your BSB and account details or create a PayID to quickly and easily receive payments.
• Save your regular payees and billers.

Manage your transactions from one place:
• Store digital smart receipts for tax or warranty purposes.
• Make payments with Google Pay, Samsung Pay or tap to pay on compatible devices.
• Receive notifications when you use your card, or money arrives in your account.

Truly is the most user friendly, intuitive app I've used. Admittedly, I'm not a big app user but as a UX researcher I've been impressed. Unfortunately, NAB eliminated the app's NFC payment and thus made it irrelevant as you can do everything else via the phone's browser. That is unless you don't update the app and then you can still use it. I went out in search of a bank which has NFC payments and decided to change banks. I'm now with a bank that doesn't invest in fossil fuels.

Such a stupid experience. Asks you to use the app you install it and then tells you its a new device and they sent a new security number but they dont send it then it tells WRONG if you add the other one which is supposed to last 5 minutes and then you ask to resend one and the app says NO we dont send another within 1 minute but they dont send one within 24 hours. So stupid. Can I just take my money out of this bank instead of frigging around with it, I have been trying to log in to internet

App seems ok, but it's missing viewing your card details ie number etc. Like every other bank. While there is a link that says 'view card details' and support links you to a help article that says 'your digital card details can be looked up in your app', it does not work. Annoying when I need to get my card details to pay for something online and only have my phone with me as I don't carry my physical card around.

Our latest update brings the ability to see your card details in the NAB app. Save time and copy and paste them when paying online.

Also included with this update:
- As we continuously improve security within the app, you may not be required to verify your details for some payments.
