Ratings and reviews

I can't seem to access certain things like looking up flights or how to access green tier benefits - this is done both with and without my VPN being activated. Not sure if there's a workaround to this? UPDATE - It seems like most of the functions don't work for me. This eating will be retained until it's fixed.

Disappointing app, once logged in, operater then needs ro re-login again for each flight they have if there is a Seat change to make. For users like me, I fly a lot with Qantas and this app is by far the most painful. Also sits and cycles a lot when changing between different sections, and yes, I have access to high speed internet.

This app sucks. Has been terrible for a long time and will continue to be terrible. Can't select seats. Can't put down a payment method if you want an exit row. Will sign you out randomly and tell you your pin is wrong forcing you to reset. No I don't need to clear cache. No I don't need to update it. The app sucks. Fix it

In this release:

• Members who reach certain tiers will be able to choose a Qantas Luggage Tag or a Green Tier 'leaf'
• You can now use your Qantas App to earn and use Qantas Points at some of your favourite stores like Platypus Shoes, Hype DC, The Athlete's Foot, Skechers and more
• A new browsing experience for flight deals on the home screen
• Concealing passport numbers during online check-in, when data is pre-filled
