Need to update their security settings so that new users who add multiple payment cards to their profile are not blocked from using the app. It is understandable to block a new user if they are adding a large number of cards (potential scammer), but 3 cards is not a large number. I don't think the barista who helped me sort this out is being paid by Skip to do tech support!

Great app. Works well. Unprofessional staff, hideous support, if you call their support number you are greeted with "one of our staff will be with you shortly, however, if we don't like you we'll ask you to leave a message." Thanks you f**king a**holes. What goes around, comes around in the end 😅 Edit: Recieved a call shortly after this was posted. So that's something at least.

Been using the app for a few years now. It's been good and is handy for busy coffee ahops. Experienced a few issues lately though. It's 50/50 whether I'm going to get a "your card is declined" error. This card has been fine in the app up until just recently. Card works fine elsewhere and has money on it. Sometimes restarting the app works but other times it straight up refuses to process my transaction
