- Usage of the “Bakcell” mobile application is free of charge. However, the service fee will be charged from your balance according to your tariff, when you use the app in roaming or follow external links.

Ratings and reviews

By sending anormal notifications like "Congrats! You now can have a chance to win the car! ... " you made me enter the app and write this feedback. This is terribly unprofessional. Just do your lottery. No need to send the notifications to each customer 1000 times per day.

UPDATE: down to 1 star. - The app chat section holds customer half an hour on queue but when it comes to a minute delay by customer (Typing in chat section for instance), chat disables the session with reason of "inactivity". - Romaing activated by itself, potentially can cause charging customer balance. - App using excessive data on the background, recorder by third party apps, settings. - History of balance charges isn't working properly, potentially demotivate user to check history.

I have noticed that the fee to change internet packets is actually higher than the cost of the packets themselves. This pricing model seems unreasonable and creates a poor customer experience.
