Ratings and reviews

I have noticed that the fee to change internet packets is actually higher than the cost of the packets themselves. This pricing model seems unreasonable and creates a poor customer experience.

Customer service is never available when it's needed. Getting put on hold and waiting 10+ minutes and then getting charged even if you didn't speak a word to an operator. Just ridiculous... 0 stars

Way too many ads about stupid lottery. And there is no options to selectively opt out of notifications.
