In order to find out the calls made from the number, internet usage and also the total consumption, you can get information through the application without coming to the Nar center. To find out the address of the nearest Nar sales and service center for various SIM card operations, just log into the application. If you have any questions, you can use the online chat service.

İt is almost 2 months we cannot use Nar+ application abroad. No clear information being provided by Nar agent through online chats. They says there is technical problems which will be sorted soon. But no resoltion so far. We cannot manage our number and cannot see the status.

Yesterday I couldn't load the information about my phone number (I was logged in), so I tried reinstalling the app. However, that made thenthings worse as I can't login to the app using my phone number anymore. I've tried typing another number to see if it was related to my phone number, but the error was still there. (It's a red warning icon on the bottom)

Not dear Nar, you began stealing our balance with the services by notifying that will be activated at the end of the day. If I miss any notifications from you, you will damage my balance WHY???? I don't ask you to activate any thing right?! Why this activations come to my number without my permissions? People, in Nar actually activated burglar mood. Be aware!!!
