Ratings and reviews

This feels like a rushed release aimed at staying relevant rather than delivering a polished experience. 1. After updating my profile photo, the success message displayed was: “Operation ran successfully,” which feels unprofessional for a modern banking app. 2. In the Cards section, it's showing 4 cards under my name instead of 3. Even my primary credit card's number is not masked.

There is no clear ledger sheet where one can view all the transactions or the last ten transactions at a glance. For example, debits, credits and balance. Weird, unclear and unorthodox. Very poor design; absolutely rubbish! Looks like the designers of this app never used a banking app before! The old version at least had a clear ledger sheet.

A good modern upgrade, though some things need to be updated as well. I will go through them from top priority to least. 1. Balance should be fetched beforehand so when the customer clicks the eye button, there is no loading time. 2. Add a 5-second timer before the balance automatically hides. 3. OTPs need to be automatically caught from messages. 4. Completing one field should automatically jump to the next field so the customer doesn't need to press them multiple times. 5. copy full bank info
