Ratings and reviews

There is no clear ledger sheet where one can view all the transactions or the last ten transactions at a glance. For example, debits, credits and balance. Weird, unclear and unorthodox. Very poor design; absolutely rubbish! Looks like the designers of this app never used a banking app before! The old version at least had a clear ledger sheet.

This feels like a rushed release aimed at staying relevant rather than delivering a polished experience. 1. After updating my profile photo, the success message displayed was: “Operation ran successfully,” which feels unprofessional for a modern banking app. 2. In the Cards section, it's showing 4 cards under my name instead of 3. Even my primary credit card's number is not masked.

While trying to live peacefully, a ghost pinches… Repeated login/logout and OTP hassle. On top of that, pictures don't get added – if I log out, everything gets cleared. You want to improve security, fine, but why create so much trouble? When I switch from one account to another, it keeps binding repeatedly.
