Ratings and reviews

The UCB Bank app is one of the best banking applications, whether you are using it inside or outside the country. However, after the latest update, several important features are no longer working properly. We can no longer calculate or easily review our transaction history, the available credit balance is not displayed correctly, only debit transactions are shown, and the mini statement cannot be downloaded. These features are very important for customers. plz resolve these. Thank you!

Why was the scheduled payment deducted and paid immediately? I thought the scheduled payment option was meant for paying later as usual, in case I forgot to make the payment at that time. However, after selecting scheduled payment for my credit card, the money was deducted and sent immediately instead of being scheduled. Very disappointing. Once you solve the issue, I will withdraw my rating. Thanks.

The new UCB app is riddled with bugs. I can't download statements or set a profile picture — and the moment I log out, it disappears. On top of that, a transaction made on 29th May is showing up as 1st June in the transaction history. It's completely full of bugs.
