Ratings and reviews

The UCB Bank app is one of the best banking applications, whether you are using it inside or outside the country. However, after the latest update, several important features are no longer working properly. We can no longer calculate or easily review our transaction history, the available credit balance is not displayed correctly, only debit transactions are shown, and the mini statement cannot be downloaded. These features are very important for customers. plz resolve these. Thank you!

this app is very fraustrating! almost every single time i try to make a transaction, the app freezes on the loading screen. then a minute later it says 'network error'. there is no network issues, i can assure. i have to try multiple times to make a single transaction. also the app is slow and less responsive. sometimes one tap doesn’t work. the old unet app didn’t have these issues.

Every time I log in, I have to confirm my device using an OTP, even on a trusted device. Then, during a money transfer—even for as little as 3,000—I have to enter my PIN and then wait for another OTP to complete the transaction. While I understand these security measures are meant to protect users, requiring OTPs so frequently makes the app frustrating and inconvenient to use. It would be much better to allow trusted devices to remain verified for a reasonable period and only require OTP
