DPDC Smart Mobile App is a self-service portal used by DPDC customers for checking their usage, raising issues and making payments towards their electricity consumption.

It enhances the utility customer experience with online account management, charges & payments, usage tracking, and virtual agents for customer service. The utility companies can improve their Meter-to-cash performance and thereby create individual offers and services for various customer segments.

The integration layer used allows integration with any certified Billing and Meter Data Management, Customer Information, Outage Management systems and Payment gateways. The microservices for it would comprise customer master data, usage data enquiry, recharge collection, complaint management, sustainability, and tech foundation.

Ratings and reviews

The app needs a lot of improvement. Registration doesn’t work properly, and the OTP often doesn’t arrive at all. I waited more than an hour and still couldn’t sign up. The app also glitches many times, which makes it hard to use. If this is meant to be an official app, it really doesn’t feel like one. It would be better if the developers fixed these basic issues first.

Very poor and weak app. Doesn't work properly. Much more development is to be done. Such ineffective apps are not suitable in government institutions. Hope you will think about the matter and solve it very quickly.

it is a very good app. we can see the balance of our meter. just using the meter number.but sometimes is Doesn't open it stuck in the home page.some people say it is a bad app because they dont know how to use it.
