Poor. After cutting off all access to our accounts through the old app, which had worked perfectly well, this new app doesn't work, claiming the bank has no record of email address and/or phone number. Probably an error in the mobile phone number in their system (UK number, but the account is in Belgium), but no assistance provided, just a statement from the app that I must visit the branch to sort it out. Edit: They made a fix that enabled the new app to connect to my account. App is ok.
