Ratings and reviews

Since Aion was acquired by Unicredit there were no technical issues. The app is functional and easy to use. The offering is very appealing - free banking, competitive rates on savings account, free instant transfers.

Poor. After cutting off all access to our accounts through the old app, which had worked perfectly well, this new app doesn't work, claiming the bank has no record of email address and/or phone number. Probably an error in the mobile phone number in their system (UK number, but the account is in Belgium), but no assistance provided, just a statement from the app that I must visit the branch to sort it out. Edit: They made a fix that enabled the new app to connect to my account. App is ok.

A nightmare. Since some days the app suddenly got stuck and there is no way to reactivate it. Asked via email for help to the Customer "Happiness" center (rather Customer Unhappiness Center), they are ignoring my mails. Result: I cannot make any payment (!!), I can't access my savings since a week! Loosing money and I am risking to pay penalties for non payment. Of course, I have the last version installed and the Android is well above the minimum required. AION bank highly not recommended
