Is this the first time you’re using the app?
Start by registering your smartphone or your tablet, using your bank card and card reader. That way the security of your transactions is totally guaranteed. Once you’ve registered, your secret code, fingerprint or face recognition will be all you need to log on!

UX/UI was better before. You lost clarity by trying to improve it. The eyes need to go everywhere to find the information while it was "to the point" before. The Chat button is not convenient enough. Make sure to move in a better direction (keep what is good while improving only what needs to improve). You have/had a good app but loose a bit of focus. Good luck to your PO/team.

Always been a big fan of the app. But recent update messed it all up. The main menu became less intuitive, unclear, hard to navigate, full of unneeded, distractive and unwanted images and 'widgets' that cant be removed. They really messed it up.

Every (obscene word) time I try to do something on this app, some feature is "temporarily unavailable." Logging in? Temporarily unavailable. Transferring money? Temporarily unavailable. Checking banking messages? Temporarily unavailable. How is it possible that the BANKING FEATURES of a BANKING APP are so often broken?
