Start by registering your smartphone or your tablet, using your bank card and card reader. That way the security of your transactions is totally guaranteed. Once you’ve registered, your secret code, fingerprint or face recognition will be all you need to log on!

I understand that it's impossible to make everyone happy and to include the minority. But as a religious person it can be very distracting. An easy option is if we could turn the images off in the app itself. Hopefully is this feedback understandable and didn't come off as a disrespectful message. Thanks for your time. Update: home screen is now a related bank information screen, except within the app itself an imagine of 2 woman kissing.

I find the current background of the bank app to be a bit distracting for my taste. While I understand the sentiment behind pride celebrations, I would prefer the option to have a neutral background on the main app screen. Perhaps offering different background themes or allowing users to choose a solid color would be a welcome improvement. Update: On the first screen when we logged in, we see 2 people kissing... Seriously? Do I really need this kind of publicity on my bank app? My answer is, no.

Hi Mira, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, it is not possible for every customer to change the image of the background. However, we take your feedback into account and we will share your suggestion with our teams to allow the customer to have a free choice of the image on the home page of their app.

Incredibly hard to find anything relevant in the app cards/accounts/settings etc It's a mess. Overly complicated Your bank app should not contain people faces, not to even mention pelple kissing.... It's a bank, not FB!!! How about you make another app called Belfius Lite which doesn't have all the fancy things, it's simpler and more like a bank app? And I won't even charge you for the idea, it's pro bono
