Is this the first time you’re using the app?
Start by registering your smartphone or your tablet, using your bank card and card reader. That way the security of your transactions is totally guaranteed. Once you’ve registered, your secret code, fingerprint or face recognition will be all you need to log on!

Ratings and reviews

English language missing. That's a shame, given the demographics of Brussels (75% of the population has non Belgian origins). Also, way too many ads make it look "scammy" although it is a bank account management app. Fantastic, now the app does not even work if you have another app installed not from Google Play, in stark contrast with EU regulations.

Good app. But some of the functionality does not work (right now for instance, it is impossible to select which bank accounts to display, or the order they should be shown it. It always resets immediately to default settings (show everything)

This has long been one of the best banking apps in my experience. However, I discovered that the in‑app chat is extremely frustrating: if you take too long to type your reply, the chatbot jumps in and answers instead of the operator, forcing you to restart the conversation repeatedly. Very disappointing!
