I'm an international student in Belgium and I used this app thinking I could use it to log in to complete my tax form without a card reader. I tried to use the QR and I got an error message on the app which wrote that I can't use this function because I'm not Belgian. It took 30 minutes to log in because the app has bugs.

Convenient - when it works. Other times, it throws errors claiming my stock Samsung OS is rooted and just exits, adding it to the list of apps that are pushing me towards ACTUALLY rooting this thing, just so I can properly sandbox each app and stop this nonsense. When the hell did app security become that DVD "wouldn't steal a car..." nonsense that drove so much irritated piracy in the 2000s just to get away from earrape each time you wanted to watch a movie? As an infosec coder - DO BETTER!

Unreliable. My phone is OEM unlocked but I use a stock ROM and my device is NOT rooted. Yet the version that started operating from 25th of June says "itsme is not supported on rooted devices". By chance I was at home and managed to find another way to log in. I'm uninstalling this app and asking customer support to delete all my personal data.
