I could never log in, not even with my bank details app. If I have to depend on ONE SINGLE APP to view my very important details. I had tried many times to login in. I hope the government finds another solution. I am a Legal RESIDENT as such my id card has an F classification and I cannot log in in itsme. And also the fact that at a certain age people are not as savvy with their constant change of apps. The Government fails to consider Seniors and This type of Tech..

Unreliable. My phone is OEM unlocked but I use a stock ROM and my device is NOT rooted. Yet the version that started operating from 25th of June says "itsme is not supported on rooted devices". By chance I was at home and managed to find another way to log in. I'm uninstalling this app and asking customer support to delete all my personal data.

I'm an international student in Belgium and I used this app thinking I could use it to log in to complete my tax form without a card reader. I tried to use the QR and I got an error message on the app which wrote that I can't use this function because I'm not Belgian. It took 30 minutes to log in because the app has bugs.
