Trying to set it up is painful. Keeps giving errors, stuck on infinite loading screens, and once you get past one issue you're faced with another, eventually forced to try it all again. It is not an user or hardware error. Once you finally manage to get past all the errors, you come to find it's absolutely useless unless you've used a Belgian document to sign in 🤦‍♂️

Lots of blips. After 1 week of no use it disconnects and you have to go through the connection procedure again. Then often it still not works saying No pending action. i cannot get onto the government site..

Worked fine until the last update: the app immediately crashes when trying to open it. You would expect better quality control for such a crucial piece of technology.
