The app is constantly resetting itself, forgetting that I activated biometrics and telling me my code is wrong, which is not true. It is the latest version.

Biometrics not used. Code always asked since last update... Activation based on plugins and executables to install on a pc.. what for ? Why not a simple authentication like on myminfin.be, without those suspicious executables..

it cost me 625 € to install terrible app which, has monopole to access govt services . I had to buy a new computer to install the latest os to be compatible with the itsme software,+install a compatible browser, + install a connective plgin (2 actually, the one for safari does not work) by a E`id card reader, +get a `belgian sim card and network, +download the software to read the `eID, +download the software to my phone. Then "oups something went wrong, try again. Total >18 hrs work..
