Delivery preferences - Not at home when we deliver your bpost parcel? Let us know via the app where the postman can deliver your parcel. Add other occupants or other addresses yourself.

Calendar - Add future deliveries to your calendar for extra reminders. Get an update the day of the delivery.

Status notifications - Indicate which parcels you would like to receive status notifications for.

Ratings and reviews

No matter if they would create the best app in the world. It's the bad service of delivery of packages compared to other delivery companies that is the problem. Everytime u order something online and u get notification that they will send it via bpost u can be sure it's not gonna be delivered that day it says because the chance of missing it is very big and then u will have only option to get the package atleast a day later. So if the package is critical u are in deep troubles...

When creating an account, the app sends a verification code to you mobile phone. But this verification code never arrives at your phone and the onboarding process is blocked. Please fix the bug. I need to track a parcel that is stuck at customs. I have upgraded the rating following for the swift response.

Does not work on one plus nord phone. Tried uninstalling, doesn't change anything. The app appears to be opening, then closes, while running in the background with just a black screen. Sometimes it works if you continue opening it, after four or five times, but most times it never gets past the opening screen.
