I occasionally purchase items from Belgium as an international customer, but the app seems to require a local address to sign up (which I didn't know before giving them my information). I suppose it's partly my own fault for not considering that but I just wanted to be able to track bpost's own tracking numbers.

Hire some testers bpost! Absolutely terrible app with obvious bugs and poor error checking. Every update just brings more problems and cryptic errors. Worst is you now need to use this abomination to send parcels at newer parcel lockers with no screen. It always takes 15-20 minutes to mess around just to send a package. You can't even get the app to work at a locker if you have a Bluetooth watch connected. Customer support are friendly but never actually have a solution beyond reinstalling.

This app is getting on my last nerve,does not recognize my password,does not let me reset or crate a new account ,the service is terrible and when you file a complaint there is no commercial gesture and I have to use it to get my packages!!!!Because the vendors choose the shippers. Or else I would not evenbother with them !!!!
