With Track & Trace you can view the status of your parcels, including those delivered by other companies like PostNL, DPD and DHL, whenever and wherever you like. Choose which parcels you want to receive status updates for. Add the email addresses to your online shopping apps. Your bpost parcels will then automatically appear in the app.

You can set the preferred delivery option, for example delivering it to a pickup point, but bpost ignores it, even after months. I still do not know if related to the app, but one of my packages got lost after I set this for the first time (meaning: bpost customer service said after 40 minutes of waiting time that they do not know where it is)

Installed, tried to log in, need to accept terms and conditions which is impossible because a popup keeps blocking the app ("Server Error! Contact Bpost support", keeps popping up when tapping retry) and makes it impossible to do anything at all. Can't accept, can't cancel, nothing works. App is completely unresponsive.

The app is not tracking any more parcels. It was working some weeks ago, but either they did update it, or their backend server is broken. If I use the website via browser, then I can see the status of parcels, but in the app, nothing is working. I can't even send a parcel via app.
