My bpost app: all your parcels and registered mail at your fingertips

■ Never lose track of a parcel
With Track & Trace you can view the status of your parcels, including those delivered by other companies like PostNL, DPD and DHL, whenever and wherever you like. Choose which parcels you want to receive status updates for. Add the email addresses to your online shopping apps. Your bpost parcels will then automatically appear in the app.

■ Choose where we deliver
Not at home at the expected delivery time? Let us know via your delivery preferences where we can deliver your bpost parcel. Straight to a Pick-up point or Parcel Locker is the quick, green option. Or have it left with a neighbour or in a safe spot around your home.

■ Set your delivery preference for registered mail now
Let us know in the My bpost app who is authorized to receive your registered mail when you’re not home, or choose to have it delivered directly to your letterbox.

■ Sending a parcel?
Quickly and easily create a shipping label to have your parcel sent within Belgium or abroad. Simply find a Drop-off point in your area. On your way to a Parcel Locker? Book your locker hassle-free up to 2 hours in advance. Your parcel will be delivered within Belgium the next working day.

■ Need to send registered mail?
Creating your own shipping label for your registered mail item right there in the app. Print it out or go to a Post Office or Post Point and let them print it. Affix to your envelope and pop it in the post!

■ Open Parcel Lockers from your smartphone
Parcel Lockers without a screen, which you’ll find near supermarkets, stations and office buildings, can be easily opened via the app.

■ Status notifications.
Choose when you receive notifications for parcels and registered mail.

■ Pay import costs securely
Expecting a parcel from outside the EU? Then pay the import costs securely via the app. This way you can be sure that the request is coming from bpost and protect yourself against phishing.

■ Find Pick-up points & Drop-off points
With 3.100+ Post Offices, Post Points, Parcel Points and Parcel Lockers, you’ll always find one close by.

Ratings and reviews

Reduced review to zero stars. The app now shows me 5 packsges on the way: one was in fact delivered 2 weeks ago, 4 were shipped and delivered one year ago(!). The one package that is actually on its way isn't even listed. Totally useless app. If you add a package manually, it will ignore its existance even if it pops up as a new entry and is scheduled for delivery the same day. Same tracking number and postal code... How can you possibly develop such a bad app, unbelievable

Hi! I just moved from one appartement to another, but I can't pay to get my post to the next address. I can't pay because you ask for the card number instead of the RSZ, SOOOOO for foreigners we don't have that structured card number as we are not Belgium's.... Could you please put this on the backlog? You are losing money if the app doesn't allow this!

Very handy app and it even allows you to add tracking of other carriers. As a suggestion, it would be even better if you could add a little personal note to each item being tracked ;)

New services - Registered Mails (as of 08/07)
Sending: create your label in the app and print it at home or at a Post Office/Postal Point. You’ll also receive your proof of deposit in the app.
Receiving: activate a mandate by using itsme to share with us your personal data: 100% easy and secure. We added 2 new choices of delivery : last minute & classic mandates (both via QR code)
Notifications : choose how you want to be informed when a registered is coming your way (e-mail/push notif..)
