About this app

I have the student holiday pass for people under 26. About once every other day, I was unable to schedule a trip and get a ticket. The app would just load and then give an error message. I had to restart my phone and delete and reinstall the app for it to work every time which is extremely frustrating when you're pressed for time getting on a train. Otherwise the app is very easy to understand.

Creating an account doesn't work from within the app. First time I created an account on my phone, clicked the confirmation email (I clicked it on my computer), then tried to login on my computer. Says "wrong password", so I reset my password and try to login again, this time it says "A technical error has occurred. Please try to log in again". No matter how many times I login, it still says that... What I ended up having to do was creating a second account all from my computer for it to finally work! Given I think this might be an error on the server-side or something, but this needs to be addressed ASAP. Another issue I found was that on the new purchase screen if you type too quickly in the departure text field the app will crash to a gray screen. Overall a frustrating experience and it makes me worried that the app will stop working when I need it to :(

Shows international trips from Belgium to The Netherlands but only to *some* stations. The app just tells you there are no trains available or that you need to adjust your filters. It does NOT tell you that you should be using the SNCB international app/website. It just leaves you thinking there are no connections available at all. Very misleading. Always, check the website too. The app is unreliable. For use within Belgium, they've made it more user friendly so 3 extra stars for that!
