Worst shopping platform I've used. 70% of my orders/purchases have problems. I think Blibli fail to filter merchants / sellers. Sellers in Blibli aren't professional and even scam buyers. They send wrong products and send incomplete products, and many times they display products but when we order they will cancel without notification and send only the rest, making us sacrifice delivery fee to only get few stuff only.

The defective item that failed quality control was still shipped without the customer's approval. The return process is taking forever, and while the live chat customer service is quick to respond, they offer no real solutions! Disappointed!

Why is there no 'copy' button at the total payment? It is advised that, for convenience, a 'copy' button is also available for the total payment at payment instruction section.
