About this game

Charades: Legends is the charades game you play as a group with a single phone. Split into teams, pass the phone around and get everyone guessing without saying a word. It all happens in the little Kagemori theater: the curtain closes while the actor takes the phone, opens when they are ready, and at the end the winning team takes home the golden fan.

HOW IT WORKS
• 2 to 6 teams, with names you pick and a crest for each one (fox, crane, koi, tiger, hare, turtle).
• On your team's turn, the actor sees the card with the word and its category and acts it out: no talking, no sounds, no pointing.
• Got it? Tap GOT IT and the next card shows up. Too hard? SKIP, with a limited number of skips per turn.
• When time runs out, the gong sounds and the phone vibrates. In the review you can fix a wrong tap before the points are added.
• The scoreboard shows up between turns, and the game picks up where it left off if the phone closes.

PLAY IT YOUR WAY
• Time per turn: 30, 60 or 90 seconds.
• The most points after 3, 5 or 8 rounds wins, or the first team to reach 10, 20 or 30 points. A tie at the top goes to a tiebreak round.
• Easy, medium, hard or mixed difficulty.
• 1, 2 or 3 skips per turn.
• Pick the categories: movies and stories, jobs, animals, actions, objects, sayings and characters.

OVER 500 CARDS IN EACH LANGUAGE
• Cards written for each language, not translated word for word: the sayings are the ones people really use.
• Cards don't repeat until the deck runs out, even from one game to the next.
• Characters come only from fairy tales, folklore and familiar types (pirate, witch, Santa Claus), never real people.
• Extra pack with sports, food, places and fantasy: watch an ad and it stays unlocked for 24 hours.

MADE TO BE READ FROM ACROSS THE ROOM
• The word shows up big on the card, and there is a giant text option in the settings.
• Big GOT IT and SKIP buttons, easy to hit in the middle of the fun.
• The screen stays on while the game is open.
