I don’t even have an option to give a negative rating—if there was one, I would give -100. I reached the boarding point 45 minutes early and waited exactly at the mentioned location. The bus arrived near the point but didn’t stop and they saw me while talking with them simply crossed me. There was no direct contact with the driver. Customer care was arrogant and unhelpful. I was left standing alone on the road at 12 midnight, which is unsafe, especially for women. Very disappointing service.

Very disappointing experience with IntrCity SmartBus. I selected and paid for a single seat, but after payment my ticket showed a sharing seat. I felt really bad and disappointed because this should be clearly shown before payment. This kind of issue creates confusion and inconvenience for passengers. People should not blindly trust what is shown during booking and must cross-check their ticket after payment, otherwise you may not get the seat you actually selected and paid for.

Bad experience. The bus conductor was very rude and did not provide any form of flexibility with regards to mutual seat exchange. Any mode of transport (flight included) allows this type of flexibility. Even the attitude was not at all welcoming. This is the last time I am travelling through this bus service. I will uninstall the app and would suggest my known ones to do the same. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATHETIC BEHAVIOR !!!!
