it was a good experience. Actually, we booked 2 tickets, and 2 numbers were given. They called one number, but it was switched off. They could have tried the other number as well at the same spot without leaving. Many vehicles used to pass by. If multiple persons are there, they should try to contact the other numbers too if one person is not responding, without leaving the spot. Also, the live tracking was slow the bus had already arrived at the place, but in the app, it was still shown behind

I reached the boarding area 20 minutes before departure but couldn't locate the exact boarding point due to unclear directions. Despite repeated calls, neither the driver nor the provided contact number responded in time, and customer support was unable to help. By the time I found the boarding point, the bus had already left. The driver and ground staff were completely uncooperative and refused to assist me in catching the bus at the next stop. Extremely poor customer service and coordination.

Though my first travel experience was amazing the app and call center and chat experience really leave a lot to desire.. I had a booking but met with an accident and switched to an earlier time but had to eventually cancel but no such option on the app. I did not want a refund but just cancel and hence contacted call center and chat and they couldn't help. They said they called the captain and advise but was still getting back to back calls from the captain.. Great work.no reins and this calls
