They did not pick me at the boarding point. I checked the location and called the intrcity number but was not able to connect to the driver. I tried 3 more times, but no use. I was supposed to board at 9 PM but they were late by around 1/2 hours. Moreover, they did not pick me up at my boarding point. I was waiting for my bus at a place 3 km from the town and missing my bus left me stranded at midnight. FYI, this is my first time booking in IntrCity and what a pleasant experience i have had

Customer care nobody lifts the phone. When there is any change in bus stoppage, somebody will give a phone call and inform you. If that call is not clearly audible, you cannot call them back. Emergency call back facility is there. But nobody will give you call back. Worst customer support.

My recent experience with the Intercity bus service was good overall, but a few issues affected comfort. During night boarding, washroom access was not allowed despite a co-passenger being unwell and no nearby facilities. Additionally, loud phone calls, reels, and music by some passengers and staff caused disturbance. A strict earphones-only policy would improve the travel experience.
