If there was an option to give 0 stars, they don't even deserve that. Worst experience I ever had with bus booking. No proper management. No proper customer support. They cancel the booking at last moment without any particular reason and you recieve the text of cancellation right on the your boarding time, don't even provide any alternative or back-up. It's like humne cancel kardi, tum tumhara dekhlo. Worst ever! Never book this bus. It will only lead to last minute cancellations and trauma.

Worst experience with my very 1st booking. They cancelled my ticket before 3 days of travel and now the ticket price for the same route on the same date is sky high. I booked ticket for ₹865 now the price is ₹2350. This high price is just to travel 250kms. It costs almost ₹10 per KM. Pls don't ever depend on Intercity. They never care about their customers.

intercity bus service is best bus service which i can see seen that the team is getting up to perfection in these areas: cleanliness, on-time arrival with minimal delays according to the specified time, and bus tracking, which is a convenient feature.
