over 2 years I have had no issues to complain about except having to pay fee for a phone , that, t the end of its contract I have begrudgingly paid. Friends and relatives have experienced outages, incorrect billing, and a host of other issues with competitors who have lower rates, but the few extra dollars, at the end of the day, have made it worthwhile for me. Bell is best.

100% on everything except a slight login issue. When a VPN is on and i try to login, it gives a "password and/or username is incorrect". I went through a headache before i realized everything IS correct, it was just the VPN was on preventing a proper login. 1: you should have a message telling me about VPN instead of telling me my info is wrong when it's not, 2: would be nice to be able to keep my Internet security on for the purpose it was meant for (protecting logging in info from hackers)

App loads but won't display any information. Any clicks are met with error messages. Unable to view or pay bill. This is a new concern for the last year or so. Very frustrating when trying to pay bills. At this time I do not recommend using this app. Wait for the updates to fix the horseshit.
