App concept and features are great but it is constantly freezing on me. I have to keep reopening and then I get a few seconds before it freezes again. It has been doing this for at least a year now. I've tried clearing cache and fresh reinstalls and still happens. I wish they'd fix it. I have an android pixel 4a

The service itself is very good, but the app is terrible, very glitchy. Trying to book an appointment to fit our schedules also feels almost impossible.

Tried to get mental health help, they asked over chat if now was a good time for a phone call, I responded okay... then they said "sounds like now isn't a good time for you" and bumped me back in line. I said something about that and never got a response. Way to make someone feeling hopeless, feel even more hopeless.
