The app does what it should but I have had a couple issues. 1. The app often says your order is ready well before the store has completed it. 2. Today when I ordered, there was a prompt to add another item for 6.99 but when I added it, it always came to 8.99 instead (I tried several options). Otherwise the app is easy to use and we will continue using it with the knowledge to watch for the above. Unlike ordering over the phone, the orders are typically exactly what we ordered.

Absolutely awful. Glitches constantly so i have to redo my order over and over. This time... I got to the end and it refused my credit card as well as my husband's. I order from them all the time and should not be having these issues. Tried multiple devices. Order was not retained on the second device even tho its the same account. 45 minutes of wasted time. And yes... I've done the updates!

Account features are absolutely horrid. Every time the app updates it logs you out, and whenever you reset your password you can't reset it back to anything you used before. Leads to a compounding issue of the most frustrating log-in experience I've ever had the displeasure of engaging with. To make things worse it seems to lock you out of logging in with the correct password or resetting the password if you fail too many attempts (that's a fine system, but at least TELL me I've been locked out)
