The app is not very clear if one is trying to use an emailed/ texted promotional code - I had to get their support on the phone to figure it out. Also, it won't let you look at the menu without first starting an order. So, if you want to know what they offer and pricing, you can't check without commiting to a location and an order first.

The app is SO SLOW. Works decent enough if you're willing to wait for it to process. Doesn't list prices on the items. Have to add them to cart to see price. And if you decide you want to remove them from your cart, it's another round of waiting for each item. Some items had their names cut off. 4 "Stuffed Cheesy Breads with" that I had to click on to find out what they're "with". USA Domino's accounts do not work with Canadian Domino's.

This app has gone downhill. It resets itself if you're mid-order and have to leave (not close) the app. Also, for months now anytime I try to pay by card it says the service isn't available and I have to pay in store. Good luck trying to use it during busier times since it keeps giving errors but if you try to plan ahead and order in advance, many locations block out dinner time pickup slots. Dominos how did you manage to make a good thing worse?!
