This app has gone downhill. It resets itself if you're mid-order and have to leave (not close) the app. Also, for months now anytime I try to pay by card it says the service isn't available and I have to pay in store. Good luck trying to use it during busier times since it keeps giving errors but if you try to plan ahead and order in advance, many locations block out dinner time pickup slots. Dominos how did you manage to make a good thing worse?!

The app is SO SLOW. Works decent enough if you're willing to wait for it to process. Doesn't list prices on the items. Have to add them to cart to see price. And if you decide you want to remove them from your cart, it's another round of waiting for each item. Some items had their names cut off. 4 "Stuffed Cheesy Breads with" that I had to click on to find out what they're "with". USA Domino's accounts do not work with Canadian Domino's.

I always get payment errors when everything is ok at my end. Some times I have to order through the website and it works, but not always which is even more annoying. I lost count of how many times I decided to order from other places because of all the hassle. There is a bunch of bugs in the app since forever that never seems to be fixed. Once again I gave up ordering because there is ALWAYS an error occurring. It's simply not worth it that I have a bunch of rewards to use if I can't order.
