it's a banking app. it basically does what it should though I'm taking points off because its always real temperamental about opening my emailed e transfers. sometimes i have to go click the link and log in several times before it properly puts me on the receive transfer screen.

The app works pretty good except for one (important) thing and that is when trying to add contacts for etransfers it says it's going to send a verification code to my email. It gives you a 5 min window to enter it in, only I never receive the email. So I ask it to resend the code and same thing. 45+ min. later I'll receive a whole backlog of emails with codes that are now expired. This has happened on numerous occasions. They don't see anything wrong on their end 🙄

Bring back the old app. It's way too cluttered. I've made several mistakes transferring money to the wrong accounts. Edit: Congratulations Innovation! You have taken an already terrible app and made it even worse. I've been locked out all day and when I did get in, it took me 45 minutes to do a transfer between accounts. But you did manage to bilk me for an additional $5 in overdraft charges because I couldn't do the appropriate transfer to avoid those fees.
