Instant, easy and secure access to paying your bills, transferring money, and more with Innovation Federal Credit Union's Android app. To take advantage of the full functionality of this app, you must already be registered for online banking.

Once registered, you can:
• View your account activity and recent transactions
• Manage multiple accounts
• Pay bills now or set up payments for the future
• Schedule payments: view and edit upcoming bills and transfers
• Deposit cheques
• Transfer money between your accounts, or to other Federal Credit Union members
• Use INTERAC e-Transfer† to send money securely via email or text
• Get messages about your digital banking and account activity straight to your phone

There is no charge for the app, but mobile data downloading and Internet charges may apply. Check with your mobile phone provider for details.

Your security is our priority, which is why our mobile banking app uses the same level of secure protection as our full Online Banking website.

Ratings and reviews

Painfully slow. Unorganized. Poor layout. Nobody responds when inquires sent. 'Unexpected error' is more normal than not. Currently will not open and stating "Unexpected Error" for hours now...and counting. Innovation Credit Union seems unmotivated to fix the app or create a new one. Really missing the old app. Unable to rate lower than 1 star as it is undeserving of a rating that high.

Many many problems, I can open a new account but can't add an existing account. Most notifications are not functional what so ever. I've spent more time calling to deal with my banking than using the app which defeats the purpose of this app. I submitted tickets for issues and had them closed without even speaking to anyone about the issue. I can not in good conscience recommend this app to anyone due to so many problems. If I could give negative stars I would, so much headache for so little use

The app performs better than I expected - everything transferred over except alerts. Withdrawal / Deposit Alerts only apply to OUTSIDE transactions, like store purchases. Automatic Payroll Deposits do NOT create an alert! I guess we don't need to know about electronic transactions because....? Idk why - maybe sending me a text costs $? I'm VERY unhappy text balance inquiries are no more! A TEXT was a LOT FASTER than signing into the app every time I want my balance or to check on transactions!
