Ratings and reviews

Love the saving feature and how they give you heads-up if something doesn't look white right. Don't like how pricey the plans are for online tax filing that IS available for free (if you know where to look). But prices are still competitive enough. Forced app updates are a hassle but in this case I'm understanding about it obvi.Overall a good app. I just wish there was dark mode to make it easier on the eyes. Especially as I find myself filling and getting together doc's later on in the day.

the process took quite a while, but it was rather easy, the hardest part was honestly getting access to my cray account after getting locked out I don't like that they keep pushing to upgrade your payment plan, I think I got asked for several times to upgrade to a 70ish dollar plan, but other than that a great filing experience

So easy to use and understand. With basic taxes, you don't need to pay anything if you understand what you're doing and checking for. I used to do all our taxes by hand which was time consuming. With the TurboTax app, I get our taxes done quickly and efficiently with a lot less stress.
