This app and even their website is all over the place. I just want to change my phone number. I logged in successfully yesterday and ALL OF A SUDDEN, I can't get in today. They took my photo ID and a selfie to verify, and then that's it. No new page loads and I just keep redoing it. I click the "Customer Support" link and it says it doesn't exist. It also says that I already filed my taxes but I didn't and CRA shows no record... This is extremely frustrating!!! Going back to H&R Block.

DO NOT USE BEFORE READING! This app has a fatal flaw. It's super easy to accidentally click a PAID upgrade button when scrolling down. It gives no way to undo this and customer support can't undo it either. Only solution was to start a new return. Hours of time wasted, and they don't even see this as a problem! It also very often lacks the ability to return to a previous step in general. You are just stuck and have to restart it.
