Since the UI update, this app spams me with unrelated notifications about hockey picks and such. When I turned off notifications on my phone, opening the app now takes me straight to my notifications settings page to get me to turn them back on. This is the only app I have that does this, and only since the major update. Purposefully implemented marketing gimmicks to bet on sports from a grocery app and who won't stop trying to make you turn on notifications for it. It's malicious.

the newest version of this app is hard to use. making a shopping list while browsing the flyer is impossible unless you want to view item by item, takes forever and you end up scrolling for your life! the list itself is then unwieldy to view and check off. I'm going back to paper. On the old version of the app, you could browse the flyer and click items to "circle" them, automatically adding to a shopping list,. this feature is gone and now, an item view doesn't allow that

The new app is far less user-friendly than the previous version. Firstly, it now takes three clicks per item instead of one, and you no longer get the yellow circle on the flyer that made it so handy to go back to check the details of an item. Each item's buttons take up so much real estate that you can't read the name of the item. It's unbearably slow and you can't see the finished list as a whole anymore. It's broken up into sections that you have to open individually. It sucks.
